Scope:

1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels

2. Prepare job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.

3. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure successful placements

4. Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcomed

• Age 20-32 years old

• Self-motivated, willing to go the extra miles

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, managing end-to-end hiring processes.

Scope:

1. Assist in posting job advertisements, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interview schedules.

2. Communicate with candidates to provide updates on application status and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.

3. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, prepare offer letters, and manage onboarding/outboarding process.

4. Update and maintain the recruitment database to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
